Each order is made using purchased materials, equipment, and significant time investment. Because of this, **we do not offer refunds or returns** once an order has been placed.
If your item arrives **damaged or broken due to shipping**, please contact us within **48 hours of delivery** with photos of the damage. We will work with you to repair, replace, or otherwise make it right.
We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, normal wear, or incorrect installation.
